| Online Admissions Consultant |
| Speak with prospective students over the phone, influencing the decision to attend/select school, communicating the philosophy and features of the school. Meet the school’s enrollment objectives in an accurate, professional, and ethical manner. |
| Conducts over the phone interviews and online tours. Evaluate each prospective student, based on his/her needs, desires, interests, qualifications, motivations, and commitments, and in accordance with all school and company policies and procedures, all applicable federal and state regulations and all accrediting agencies standards and requirements. |
| Presents information in a factual and ethical manner to prospective students and others regarding schools programs and tuition and fee schedules, refund policy, payment plans and other college policies and procedures which affect students. |
| Financial Aid Officer |
| Working with the Financial Aid Department working exclusively with students applying for 100% online classes. Manage complete financial aid process from screening potential students, setting the appointment, generating financial aid package and reviewing financial aid with student. Requires the ability to manage the complete process over the phone. |
| Detail-oriented - Work with numbers and student information. Accuracy and completeness are crucial. |
| Excellent phone communication skills – Proven ability to communicate and help people fill out forms over the phone. |
| Customer-oriented – Proven ability to work well with potential students of all backgrounds. |
| Ability to switch tasks quickly- Working with many students at different steps in the process. |

| Qualifications: |
